Fill out Excel sheet EASY

I need someone with knowledgeable excel skills to fill out an excel sheet. PLEASE LOOK AT THE ATTACHED FILE FOR THE INFO THAT YOU NEED.

So basically this is how I need the excel filled(which should just be place under 1 column) in this following manner.

Briarwood ~ On the lake -1 T A

Briarwood ~ On the lake -1 T B

Briarwood ~ On the lake -2 T A

Briarwood ~ On the lake -2 T B

.....etc

-So basically Briarwood is the BUILDER,

-On the Lake is the SITE

-1 Is the number , so technically it should go all the way to Briarwood~On The Lake 16 T B

- T means that its a turn, S means that its a straight. For Example Briarwood~On the Lake 16 S A

-A or B means that we need 2 of each .

For Example

Briarwood~ On The Lake 4 S B

SO FOR BRIARWOOD IT SHOULD LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS.
