We will move on step by step within needs.

1. I attached [login to view URL] . In the file, i made a few zonal chamfer by using icon "Boundary Cut". I use "Boundary Cut", because the icon "Chamfer" doesn't have zonal chamferring option. It selects all edges forming a loop.

Request: I need an icon which will form this shape by one-clicking the edge.

The icon will be able to make zonal chamfer through two directions. After chamferring, lateral surfaces will be tangent each other like sample.

The icon will have same sub options of "Chamfer".

2. I attached a solidworks file "[login to view URL]". In the file, I described 2 loops for "boundary-cut". When i use "boundary-cut" by this shape, SolidWorks will give very distorted faces because of unbalanced connectors between 2 loops. I must use manually the command icons "Split entities" and "Fit Spline" to make equal number of lines of each sketch. This is tedious work.

Request: I want the icon to provide the equality of lines(or points). Faces must be good as much as it can. When i edit one of sketches, it will implement the procedur for editted sketch. Editting may be implemented by a separate icon.

3. I attached a solidworks file "[login to view URL]". In the file, I described a sketch. This sketch has 2 quasi-loop; but those have a lot of problem.

The problems on quasi-loops:

a) Crossing lines about merging points

b) Unmerged lines or arcs

c) Quasi-tangent merging points; but not tangent when you inspect

d) Unnecessarily splitted lines or arcs. These lines are already straight and arcs have same radius and center. But those are splitted.

e) Very small lines and arcs with respect to other length of arcs and lines.

Request: I want the icon to clean all problems of each loop independently and make those tangent loop without distording the contour too much.

For now, Let's try to make come true these 3 matters.
