VA for many works for help

Hi,
I am in many businesses and I need a VA to help me.
Activities are many, i have just listed below some:
- ecommerce : adding products to the shop, answering to customer, promoting product, social media management, emailing, articles proofreadig and editing, blog management...
- marketing: ebook profreadig and editing, promotion, social media management, creating ppt, image design using tools (access will be given)...
many others tasks will be added.
I need someone able to
- work autonomous, quick understand work to do, quick delivery
- high quality work,
- engage in long terme relationship
- very goog english
- someone involed in her/ his work
- organised
I will use slack project management tool, and list some task, VA can add another tasks, task planed for a due date should be done.
Please do not answer, if you have:
- no experience in ecommerce
- social media and blog management
- you are note available for long terme relationship
- you do not have very good english level (test will be done o some articles to proofread)
