Streamlining Collaborative Project Workflow Management

I am looking for an expert who can help me achieve my goal of increasing productivity, improving collaboration and streamlining processes through effective project management and workflow.
Key Functionalities:
- Task management: tasks need to be easily assignable, trackable and manageable.
- Gantt chart: for visual representation of project timeline and dependencies.
- Time tracking: to monitor hours spent on tasks and efficiency metrics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in building and managing workflow systems.
- Extensive knowledge of project management tools that provide task management, Gantt charts and time tracking features.
Please note: The team involved in this project will consist of 1-10 members. The system you will design should cater to a team of this size.
I started this company just 16 months ago. And every person I have had try their hand at project management, it's been difficult, mainly because the person either doesn't know or understand video production or animation, so it takes constant fixing and communication with me. Or they know video production, but not how to manage a project with our asana platform. I do expect to spend significant time with whoever can fill this role, but they need to be able to self manage, and make judgement calls that make sense instead of relying on me to answer every question.
