We are looking for a programmer to develop an automated web application to sell hosting plans for ASP/ASP.NET (Windows based hosting), with the following requirements:
. Must be fully automated and require no (or minimum) human intervention, doing all of the initial hosting setup automatically, including setting up the name servers of the domain, creating the corresponding zone files on the DNS server, creating the website in IIS 6, setting up the FTP and FrontPage accounts, etc.
. Must support multiple companies, each one of them with affiliate support . Each company can offer multiple plans (disk space, email accounts, support options, etc), that will be offered through multiple websites.
. Check for domain availability with WHOIS information when user wants to purchase a domain with the hosting plan, or let the user use her own.
. Accept different payment methods, including mayor credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc.
. Provide end users with a centralized control panel which they can use to administer their email accounts; change their passwords; manage their DNS settings; access the support ticket system (see below), etc.
. Must have an online ticket system which users will use to communicate with support staff of each company, which will keep track of all issues experienced by users as well as all follow ups for these issues.
. Support staff can be outsourced, so the application must be able to keep a hierarchy system with multiple levels of supervisors, where every supervisor will overlook the communications of the employees below him. Each time a ticket is issued or replied, an email notification will be sent to the involved parties, as well as the corresponding supervisors up the hierarchy level.
