The person(s) must be extremely detail oriented, have excellent programming skills, yet self starter that can tackle new challenges on their own and deliver results fast. a minimum of 4 years in .NET development for windows applications

ability to interface efficiently with SQL server based applications

ability to build meaningful and compact custom .NET interfaces

clear vision on how to handle errors and how to structure error handling in an application

ability to create custom classes based on existing .NET base classes

ability to implement a UML based class diagram

ability to interface with Microsoft Office based applications

ability to create MS Word and MS Outlook add-ins

ability to interface with with Web services

ability to write code using VB.NET and C#.NET

ability to write at least simple Stored procedures in SQL Server

understanding of COM objects and how to create, use and manage them from within a .NET application

strong XML skills

Full understanding on how to customize the Microsoft office ribbon, including creating extensions.

Understanding and ability to convert applications from VB6 to .NET

Full capacity to build sophisticated setups for windows applications

Fulll understanding of the Microsoft Open XML file structure and ability to code for it.
