I am using Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and Livecycle to create, design, and database enable a PDF. I am able to create the form and define the fields.
What I need is instructions / examples to pass parameters to the database enabled PDF, ie:( ?CustomerID=256&OrderID=12345). In the SQL in the PDF, be able to populate the "WHERE" clause thus returning a specific record, and populating the PDF with record information.
