Anti-Bribery & Corruption Risk mitigation

I am looking for Singapore based consultants to help on a new project in the ABC Risk mitigation area. It will be for 6 months onsite at a clients office.

the person will need to be able to legally work in SIngapore without me having to apply for a visa for them.....so if they have their own PEP or EP through their consulting business that would work. They will have be onshore at the clients for 6 months

a client who is wanting basically a framework or outlined global process for ABC which will be started in singapore and then rolled out globally, they will need to bring all the existing policies and procedures together into a co-herent process which will then be followed globally, so they will need to produce training decks etc

Freelancer would have to have had ABC risk mitigation experience either directly creating something like this or by having followed the framework, they are likely to be an auditor or investigator in their background as they will have come across anti bribery and corruption areas and projects before. They do not need to have specific financial services experience as this is an industry wide area especially Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Airlines, Telecoms, technology companies will all have this in place. They will be directed by two very senior members of staff who both have experience and actually both are from an oil company originally
