Devops Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a vital role in streamlining our software development and deployment processes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI to automate software builds, testing, and deployments.
Maintain and enhance configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) for efficient provisioning and management of infrastructure.
Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for efficient application deployment and scaling.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing frameworks, promoting continuous quality improvement.
Ensure adherence to security best practices, implement access controls, and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect infrastructure and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues, minimizing downtime and impact on users.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
