There is a protocol called MQTT([login to view URL]) . The protocol is already implemented for full fledged OS (Linux), which has all memory management inbuilt([login to view URL]). But we are looking for a very lightweight protocol, with no complex implementation.

You have to make later implementation build and make run on windows.
