Fix WxWidget Controls Transparent issue on Windows Platform.

My program uses a background picture (png file) on the main panel. I need all the controls to be in transparent mode. It works well on Macintosh (you can see the screen shot on the mac from [url removed, login to view] file in the attached zip file).
I have attached a zip file with full Visual Studio project that you can build and run to see the problem.
The task is to do what needs to be done so that I can have the transparent control. In other words, I want my program running on Windows looks exactly the same as the one on the mac as shown on [url removed, login to view] file.
