Integrating [login to view URL] in our software (based on C#, MVC, ASP.NET, MS SQL, JavaScript)

We would like to integrate the Open Source Software [login to view URL] system into our recruiting software. All logged in users (can be found in a separate table) of our software shall be able to chat with each other.
Short requirement description:
1. Our software is based on Visual Studio, .NET, C#, MVC, MS SQL, DevExpress Components
2. Users shall start instant chat with each other
3. Button in top Header shall open Window with all users in a Skype like manner. Logged in users shall have a green circle to indicate active status.
4. Objects from our software such as Candidates, Clients, Contacts, Reminders and some other can be included in Chat Messages in order to pass on information in the form of URL’s.
5. Users shall be able to create Chat Rooms where people may join or leave. These chat rooms cover specific topics such as “New Clients”.
6. We offer our software in the cloud for different clients. We must be able to offer and configure the chat system for different tenants.
7. Visual and Acoustic Information about New Messages
