Simple c# database writing troubleshooting

This is a project that may be just a few minutes work for someone who knows what they are doing.
I have a simple DNN custom module that has been working fine. It is a simple form that does the following:
1. Populate a database table with ID., Name, Address, etc.
2. Make a WebService Query.
3. Store the results of the query in a separate table, linked by ID field.
The changes I'm making are simple. I've added 7 fields to the form and to the first table. Using querystring parameters we pre-populate 5 of the 7 new fields.
The problem is my lack of knowledge on how to populate the database. In the DNN Event Viewer I'm getting the error message:
InnerException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
I'm sure that an experienced programmer will be able to look at the code and see the problem almost immediately. The problem is, I am not that experienced programmer. You will be requested to point out the changes to correct the problem.
I have some more enhancements we'd like to make to this module in the near future. I need to find someone that I can work with on an ongoing basis to help make enhancements and changes so I'm starting with this very small project first.
