Need a copy writer to create Email and Website Copy for Manufacturing companies.
$25-50 USD / hour
Copy writer would be responsible for creating Email and Website copy across a large variety of small-mid size manufacturing companies. In addition, they would be tasked with creating SEO content articles and blog posts with required keywords.
Qty and type of Work – Ongoing on a monthly basis, estimated to be 15 hours per week.
Writing
• Create 10-12 emails and 10-15 SEO articles per month, ongoing.
• Emails = 150-200 words per email
• Web Content – 250-500 words per page
Messaging – our marketing campaigns run 8-12 emails in total and typically cover the following types of topics
o Email 1 and 2 - Brand Introduction
o Email 3 and 4 - Company/manufacturer capabilities
o Email 5 - Tips when choosing a ______ supplier (for example – Powder Coating)
o Email 6 - Customer Testimonials
o Email 7 - Case Studies
o Email 8 - Competitive Advantages
o In some cases, creating copy to be used in Infographics
Requirements
• Familiarity with a multitude of manufacturing processes (for example - injection molding, metal stamping, machining, surface coating, fabrication, etc) or the ability to learn thee industry via research.
• Experience writing to an engineering audience a plus
• Must be willing to communicate via our internal project management platform – Asana
o IOW – we will assign work to the writer through Asana
o Writer is notified via email with task details – company, message, due date, etc
o Upon completion, writer will update task in Asana with deliverables, time, etc.
• Availability of 40-60 hours per month on a retainer basis.
