Teen Beauty Book - Ghostwriter/Content Editor

Hi! I'm looking for a creative and talented ghostwriter/content editor who has the writing style and voice of a teen/young adult. I’d like the style to sound original, imaginative, lots of fun, inspiring, empowering and entertaining to read.
A fair amount of content is devoted to technical make-up application and instruction. The chapters have already been written but they will need to be reworked to have a fresh, youthful voice. I’ll also need someone who can research and add some extra tips and techniques to several chapters.
Although I’m working on a budget, I’m open to proceeding either on a project or hourly basis. Someone who has knowledge of cosmetics an application would have an advantage, but it’s not a requirement.
