I want to build an image hosting website called Work Allocation System.
It should have a decent design with a proper UI. It's fine if its not all that flashy, but should look decent enough to work the trick.
There should be following features has to be implemented in the system
1) Create Project
2) Create Tasks
3) Relationship between Projects and tasks
4) User access permissions
5) Bug reporting
There are a few more points. We could discuss it furthur afterwards.
If you want to know what other work I have, it will be only what an image hosting site with affiliate will have. So you can make a guess.
My max Budget is Rs. 8000/- ($120)
But it would be better if we could discuss the price. Coz I have much more better and bigger projects in mind for future, and if the price suits me, we could work together in future too.
