I posted this previously, but I am looking to award this time. I need the attached PDF put into an excel spreadsheet. The categories will be as follows: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Firm Name, Street, City, State, Zip Code, Phone, Phone Number, Fax. The excel file has some examples, it is pretty straight forward.
The most important part of this project is to make sure it is accurate. I would like it to be typed in the same order as the pdf. This will help me verify the information. A milestone will be released at 50% after I verify information and the final milestone will be released at 100% completion once I have verified the information.
