Convert PDF files to Excel

I have 40 pdf files that I need converted into excel. They are pdf statements that have 3-4 columns that I need converted into 3-4 columns in excel. I have attached a sample pdf and a sample excel output with the first 10 rows filled out as an example.
If you would like to bid, complete the sample excel file with the rest of the rows from the pdf to show me you understand what I'm looking for and also reply with the time it will take you to complete another ~40 pdf files.
