Grab Products - Data Entry

I need to grab all the products listed in the below websites. They must follow the same categories so they can be easily be imported into opencart. For each product the following must be grabbed: Product Name, Product Description, Product Size (ie 20 pills, 50 pills etc), Product Form - Type (ie Pills, Powder etc), Product Supplemental Facts, How to Use (ie Recommended Use, Usage), Product Flavour (Note: For each flavour the Product Facts are different), Price, and Picture. Every product must be in the respective categories.
Basically for every product there are many flavours (with different Facts for each flavour), and many sizes.
I need the above information (including the pictures) to be able to import them easily into opencart (preferably SQL??), Excel?
