Join our dynamic car rental company, boasting a fleet of more than 1000 cars, as a Full-Time Rate Manager. We are searching for a motivated individual who is passionate about pricing strategies and market analysis. Your primary role will be to manage and update our pricing strategies to increase sales, secure more bookings, and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Competitive Pricing via Web Portal: Use our specialized web portal to instantly update and set competitive rates for our car rental services.
Analyzing Competitor Pricing and Market Trends: Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and market trends closely to ensure our rates remain competitive and appealing to customers.
Broker Collaboration: Work closely with car rental brokers to enhance sales strategies and increase booking rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor pricing, utilizing this data to inform our rate adjustments and sales tactics. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and rate change effectiveness.
Strategic Rate Management: Develop strategies aimed at maximizing market presence and increasing booking rates.
Skills and Experience:
1. Software Proficiency: Comfortable working with various car rental management software to set and adjust rates efficiently.
2. Strong Analytical Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed pricing decisions.
3. Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the car rental industry, including competitors and market trends, to effectively set competitive rates.
4. Independent Decision-Making: Ability to work independently and make impactful rate adjustments.
5. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and negotiation, and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks.
The main point here is to increase the sales (Bookings).
