you need to prepare each chapters of the an e book into an individual kindle booklet. The pdf needs editing:
1. removal of margin, footer and header.
2. side notes deleted too, but interesting facts need to be added to an excel file,
3. chapter test need to be added to doc files, clearly indicating which chapter it belongs to.
