PCB Board and Electrical Design for a kiosk

Design a pcb board for a kiosk system that charges lithium ion battery packs for mobile phones. Also assist in component selection, including power supply, surface contact charging connectors, and led lights Create gerber files, bom, for manufacturing and assembly. 30 locks, 30 lights, and 30 charging ports, give suggestion for amount of charging to the pack (1 amp or 2) I have a gerber file of a previous similar design that can be used for reference, it isnt exact properties of what is needed for this project, but the firmware will be similar. Need to be able to create the firmware, I do have the picit programming tool.
Additional plus is the ability of contractor to have a team member that can also develop the software and backend dashboard inhouse (android os) and have the ability to deliver a fully tested and functional prototype of hardware/software. I would prefer this rather than hiring multiple contractors. Battery pack will need to charge with a contact charger (like a camera, electric toothbrush, etc - see photo, its the left corner)
