Hello, I have a circuit containing the MAX31826 chip ( [login to view URL] ) which is a "1-wire" device that contains EEPROM which can be accessed by a serial command. There is data contained on the chip, which I wish to copy to a new chip on a new circuit board. This is a very tiny SMD chip which is already connected in a tiny circuit board as shown in the attached photo. I would send the two circuit boards to you. If you can copy the data from the original chip without removing it from the circuit, great - but if you need to remove it, that is OK too. To successfully complete this project, you should be familiar with the Dallas Semiconductor 1-wire protocol. Feel free to ask any questions.

Hi, I can read this IC, it actually just need to be powered and connect it's 1 wire pin to some micro controller, I guess Arduino is enough. I don't think we have to replace it's IC from PCB. just need to solder some More
