Requirements and specifications.

Device model: Technomate TM-TWIN-OE satellite receiver

Symptoms:

The device does not have image on the own display(board4).

The channel control board3, does not light up when the 8 black control buttons are pressed. Therefore channels can not be syntonized.

The board 1 is the powerboard, then the board2 is the main board, the board3(the 8 black buttons board) is the channels manipulation board.

The board 3 is feeded by the white flex flat cable from the main board.

The board 4 is deeded by the white connector that has 5 cables, 1 red and 4 whites.

The IC Nuvoton W78E052DDG Vdd and Vss has 1.63V.

Freelancer will provide remote checking for:

The motherboard.

The other components/motherboards in the satellite receiver.

Remote assistance has to be provided until the fault is found.

Task will be approved if the device is working again as the manufacturer specifies. Time extension must approved by the Freelancer at Employer request. Delivery time must be 7 days in case spare parts has to be bought.

If the motherboard has faulty parts, Freelancer will specify the faulty part or an equivalent then will wait until that part/equivalent part will be soldered on the board and therefore the diagnostic will be proven to be positive. If the Freelancer fails to indicate the corresponding spare part(s), the cost of it or of them will be deducted from the Custom Offer [login to view URL] will be solved by cancelling the JOB and create a new one with the amount that is equivalent to the old Order minus the spare parts that was wrong indicated to the Employer to be bought.

Employer has a multimeter UNI-T 39A and UNI-T UT89X that the user manual can be sent to the Freelancer’s request.

Freelancer approves that any details discussed in INBOX are the requirements in the Custom Offer.

Employer have a digital microscope 1000x that must be connected via ZOOM for live video connection.

Photos of the model device and motherboard(s) are also attached in the ZIP file just for reference.

After the diagnosis is specified by the Freelancer and the components are mounted or soldered on the motherboard, Employer will send any picture or video at Freelancer request to prove that the device works properly or that the device does not work properly.

Employer could connect a digital 1000X zoom microscope to ZOOM, so Freelancer can see very good the motherboard in real time video streaming and indicate what to check by the multimeter.
