Changing Settings in Zen Cart Shopping Cart

I have an online jewelry company where I am using Zen Cart as my shopping cart platform. I am not a programmer so I am unable to change some of the settings or update them. I built the shopping cart all on my own and am almost finished but I am wanting to change a few things around or know how to proceed with them. The shopping cart address is http://www.shop.lechicusa.com. Here are the remaining settings or issues I am having where I need your help:

1. adding more pictures to each style

2. is there an option where I can have separate prices for retail store owners to enter a code and get a lower price for wholesale prices?

3. how can I put sales/special savings/events/pictures of models wearing my jewelry on the home screen right when someone gets there?

4. I currently only have free shipping within the US. How can I make the setting that it will cost $6 for shipping for int'l customers?

5. how do I separate quantity or units in stock per size (rings only)

6. how can I clean out my history without deleting anything important?

7. how do I change what it says on the zen cart tab when a customer is on my shopping cart site? I want it to say "Le Chic USA Shop"

8. when a password is forgotten and a new one is sent to the customer's email, no email gets sent. How can I fix this?

9. how can I edit the shopping cart contents where you add checkout instructions? It says in the Zen Cart faq to go to includes/languages/english/shopping\[url removed, login to view] in my ftp file manager but I don't see the shopping\[url removed, login to view] file anywhere.

10. i wanted to see if I can add 2 different taxes based on county tax and one for state tax

11. instead of making a customer register if they want to purchase something, how can I change it so they have the option to checkout as a guest?
