I need a 25 page business website that was created using Microsoft FrontPage to be updated to HTML 4.01 Strict standards using CSS and templates. I need to be able to easily modify the website with my Dreamweaver software upon completion. I expect the overall look of the website to be the same as it is now at a minimum. I will consider a bonus for suggestions for improvements in the look or layout including an improved menu. The completed website will include a sitemap. Website address is [[login to view URL]][1]. Completed project to be W3C standards compliant with no errors and will be checked on their website.

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
