Macro on Excel

I'm looking for a talented mathematician or developer with big skills on excel, macros, data mining and mathematics.

The job consists of creating a MACRO that finds a combinaison of 5, 4 or 3 (R, O, J, G, C, I, M)

with R e (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2) as O, J, G, C, I, M

Instead of receiving the number (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2), R receives one of these numbers (11, 12, 13, 14 15)

Instead of receiving the number (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2), O receives one of these numbers (16, 17, 18, 19, 20)

Instead of receiving the number (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2), J receives one of these numbers (21, 22, 23, 24, 25)

Instead of receiving the number (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2), G receives one of these numbers (26, 27, 28, 29, 30)

Instead of receiving the number (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2), C receives one of these numbers (31, 32, 33, 34 35)

Instead of receiving the number (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2), I receives one of these numbers (36, 37, 38, 39, 40)

Instead of receiving the number (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2), M receives one of these numbers (41, 42, 43, 44, 45)

The macro chooses the combinaison of 5 (R, O, J, G, C, I, M), (example (12, 19, 22, 28, 34, 40, 45) and so on)

that are equal or close to (0,0,0,0,0,0,0) or (13, 18, 23, 28, 33, 38, 43)
