Fill an Excel sheet with data obtained from pdf files

We are looking to hire a professional freelancer to develop a program that automates the process of extracting data from PDF files and populating an Excel spreadsheet. The project involves the following steps:
Step #1:
The end user will save a group of PDF files in a designated folder. Each PDF file should be named with a sorting number, as shown in the provided picture.
Step #2:
The end user will open the "QF-ENG-17 - SAT Selection Summary" Excel file and run the program. The program should extract data from the PDF files and populate the corresponding fields in the "QF-ENG-17 - SAT Selection Summary" Excel file. An example of this mapping is shown in the provided picture.
Step #3:
After filling the data in the Excel sheet cells from 1 to 14, the program should automatically close the opened PDF file.
Step #4:
The program should add a black bold line in the Excel sheet, as shown in the provided picture, to separate the data from each PDF file.
Step #5:
The program should then proceed to open the next PDF file from the designated folder and repeat the process of extracting data and populating the Excel sheet.
Step #6:
This process should continue until all the PDF files in the designated folder have been processed and the data has been populated in the Excel sheet.
