help to create a work roster

Hi I need help to create a roster that pulls from data from a master roster.

for example:

will need to look up the technicians details by his employment number and the copy the entire row.

I have used the = and the cell and used the drag function but because the master roster row numbers always change when they add new people it then pull the wrong persons data into my new roster.

I was thinking maybe can use the Index and Match function?
