Sales Person Performance Tracking - Excel based application required

The sales people in our business submit weekly reports that detail the number of calls that they make each day by category or prospect or customer, and detail of new business won. The company has kpi's related to category of customer/prospect called on and expected win ratios. This data is summarised monthly for each sales person and current month and averages are tracked. I want to automate the reporting of the monthly, rolling 3 month and rolling annual performance. I can provide the system as it operates now and would like someone to build this in to a more robust, but simple, reporting tool.
