Hello, I would like to have a formula or calculator that will give me the true cost of long distance billing that has a per minute cost but bills at a minimum 6 second and then in 6 second increments. This way I can compare those rates to rates that have a per minute cost but bills at 1 second minimum and 1 second increments.
