Default my facebook page with 100k likes just got hacked - please help

i was just scammed into making some admin for one sec on my page. in return they made me admin first on their page. and i could not delete them. then i made him admin and i see i was deleted within half sec. even though i was admin.
i see they gave themselves a role which i havent ever heard. it said owner. and me and all my admins were deleted.
can someone please help. it is a big big loss for me.
