XML to FlashLight App Integration

I have an XML file which includes some XML nodes that I need to display on a FlashLight app arranged in a matter that looks like a bulletin board.
Child nodes in this XML file is changed constantly and changes need to be updated on the FlashLight instantly. THis needs to be done in FlashLIght 3.1 and Action Script 2.0. The design is already made. You will need to only write the AS2.0 code.
