Create Website (Already designed samples in JPG)

I need someone who can create the website to look exactly like my samples. Any platform. In the end, the idea is something similar to FLASH, but that works well with SEO, google, yahoo, etc.

This is for a bartender company. The site is already designed. See attached jpgs. (Source files also available) Just need to make it into a working FLASH web site

ON ALL PAGES:

Font used: Trebuchet Bold

Every page will include:

1. The company logo on the top left. "N2"

2. The menu (home, services, meet us, contact) on the left

a. On mouse_over, the menu item will be highlited in blue

3. Twitter and Facebook links:

4. The black bar at the bottom of the page.

a. It has a thin blue line (1px) above it

b. It must always be visible and adjusts it's position as the user changes the window size

c. It must include the phone number

d. It must include copyright text aligned right. But please make the copyright year update automatically each year so that it stays current.

HOME PAGE:

1. The background images change every 3 seconds.

2. There are 11 images that need to appear in sequence then loop.

3. The images need to be aligned right on a page. So when the user extends the window, the image is always closest to the right of the window.

4. The word "home" is highlighted in blue with a thin blue line (1px) on the left. (See attachment)

SERVICES PAGE:

1. Background image appears (Aligned to: Top Right)

2. The word "services" is highlighted in blue (#00395f) with a thin blue line (1px) on the left, as shown in Sample Design folder.

MEET US PAGE:

1. Background image appears (Aligned to: Bottom Right)

2. The words "meet us" is highlighted in blue with a thin blue line on the left, (See attachment)

3. Transparent Grey Box:

Rounded corners only on top (10pt)

4. Form:

Name, Email, Message submitted to email

OK button (Font: Trebuchet Regular, 12pt, #FFFFFF). On mouse_over (Turn button color from black #000000 to blue #00395f)

5. Separating line (1pt, #808080)
