it is perfect. NOT SO with IE where the special popup goes behind the images (believe it is called the z index)
I have been in contact with the developer of the plugin (code canyon), and he cannot fix it, thus I want that recoded in Flash MAKING CERTAIN that it is cross browser compatible.
The jing below explain the details as to where to get the images and text, but basically, right click, view image, save to your HD. Text can be anything AS LONG as the popup for EACH IMAGE is populated by a separate external text file so I can amend it.

This should not be a difficult project for a flash expert, so keep your bids low or they will not be considered.
ALSO, I need this done quickly, I've set it for two days, if you are busy and cannot devote your immediate attention, then please do not bid.
Additionally, you should furnish any additional code that is required to allow flash to run without warnings in IE,FF and Chrome.
