Billboard Rich Media Advert

I need 3 Billboard Rich Media Adverts created by using the attached files, Billboard size is 970x250 (Expanded by default) which when "Close Ad" is clicked minimizes to the 300x31 banner and when show ad is clicked, the banner expands to its original 970x250.

Also when anywhere except the "Close Ad" area is clicked on the 970x250 banner is clicked it must use these URLs for these banners:

Music: [url removed, login to view];aff_id=1&url_id=50

Sport: [url removed, login to view];aff_id=1&url_id=46

Theatre: [url removed, login to view];aff_id=1&url_id=60

Also here are the specifications you must adhere to:

Billboard 970x250

• Must be published as Flash 9 or higher

• Actionscript 2 or 3 accepted

• Flash frame rate cannot exceed 24 fps

• Initial file weight of 80Kb. Upon user interaction additional content may be loaded into the unit.

• Ad click through opens into new browser instance

• Advertisement audio must be paused on panel click through for landing pages containing non-UI audio

• A small loading animation (pie loader) is required for all user-initiated loads of external content,

including additional Flash files, videos, sounds, etc.

• Initial page load animation limited to 15 seconds. Can loop if within 15-second limit. Upon subsequent

visits the Billboard must be static until the user interacts. A button to replay the initial animation is

allowed.

• Cannot have constantly animating elements. Non-looping animation on rollover is permitted in a single

Call-To-Action area not to exceed 20% of the total Billboard size.

• If non-user initiated video is used, video must be streamed.

• Light coloured creative must feature a 1 pixel border (gray [#666666] or black recommended, though

any colour that clearly distinguishes the ad from the content may be used)

• Audio Permitted: Yes, available on user click only, audio is off by default

300x31 Leave-behind Banner

• Must be published as Flash 9 or higher

• Actionscript 2 or 3 accepted

• Flash frame rate cannot exceed 24 fps

• Initial file weight of 10Kb

• Must contain the text with a clear Call To Action to expand the Billboard (example: “SHOW AD”)

• Audio/Video not permitted

• No Animation is permitted

• Graphical or text elements may change colour on mouse over

The User Experience

• User Visits Homepage. Editorial content loads first with Ad Preload Image visible in the 970x250 area.

After page load, the Billboard ad unit is populated on the page and commences 15 seconds of animation

within 970x250 space.

• Initial animation is impression capped and will only occur once per user per day. A replay button is

allowed.

• If the user clicks to hide the Billboard, a small 300x31 leave-behind Flash unit will remain to the right of

the page below the navigation bar.

• The Billboard state is saved with a site cookie for the full run of the ad
