When people are trying to get registered on the forums, they occasionally unintentionally give an incorrect email address. A pre-registration form needs to be setup, with just their email address to be completed, then after that is completed, they would need to click on a link received in their email to take them to the proper registration page. Only reply on this if you're totally sure you can do it.
