I'm looking for a developer to help me build an omni-channel communication platform.
We're looking at a platform capable of communicating with the clients Facebook group. Based on data from there and externally it should be able generate send-outs over email, SMS and make posts on social media.
I have good knowledge myself in the messaging space and know where to find information, rest API's to utilize etc.
The platform should be able to manage escalated campaigns. For example creating campaigns for SMS that auto responses to end user replies or manages opt-out (blacklists).
It's a disruptive solution that will create a lot of attention from the big platforms such as Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Exact Target etc. The businessplan is in place but I need a partner who is willing to put in some hours on a monthly basis to build this potential behemot.
Backend experience and references are a must and UX understanding, experience is a bonus.
I'm expecting to see some progress every month as I may not be able to make a complete purchase of everything at once. Someone who can spare hours weekly would be the best candidate.
