Creative Writer, Screenwriter, or Scriptwriter Needed in the topic of TV Shows

I'm looking for a long term script writer who can write in the topics of the following:
Shows
We are looking for someone that can:
* Communicate effectively
* Turn around time in 1 day or less
* Be creative and humorous
* Tone we're looking for is casual, friendly
We're looking for scripts to be anywhere from 2-3 thousand words per script.
Someone who will blow me out of the water with their proposal.
For each week I will supply the topic breakdown and explain it. This does require research.
We will have you do a trial run first.
Also, if selected, you will need to sign an NDA.
If you have read the middle of this job descp., please type your favorite animal at the beginning or end of your proposal.
As you can tell, I am looking for long term scriptwriter and do have high expectations, but keep in mind, this will be consistent weekly work if you can provide.

There is an example of what we are looking for attached.
We like countdown type scripts to help make it easier to read with usually an intro paragraph in the beginning.
This will be recited by our voiceover artist so it's important that you make it sound natural.
