My Amazon product page listing is not displaying the star reviews in Google search results.

I don't know how to solve this issue. 2 weeks ago the 3 reviews were displaying on a Google search, but now they are gone. The reviews are still there on Amazon, but not showing on Google.

Apparently in google web master tool we can configure search result for the url to display the reviews again. Can you help me do that for one of the Amazon product page listings, and show me how to do it so I can do it for another product page.
