Set up my google analytics account with the correct goals/data

I've already set up google analytics however I'm not getting accurate data. I require someone to do the following:
Note. I have an e-commerce site with two purchase options.
1: EMPLOYERS
CONVERSION GOALS
- Conversion for people who sign up as FREE member
- Conversion for people who sign upto paid member (option 1)
- Conversion for people who sign up for paid member (option 2)
- Conversion goal for people who download our free e-book "the ultimate salary guide"
Aims:
- track each of the above
- track people who sign up as free member, then upgrade (seperately so I can see this data easily and clearly)
- track where the sales and visitors come from. e.g AdWords, Bing, Facebook ads, Facebook organic, organic search, YouTube etc
- Track by countries. Have it so we can easily compare USA vs Australia vs Canada vs UK vs New Zealand vs Ireland vs Europe (excluding UK and Ireland as I want those tracked individually)
Easy to see this:
- country, traffic source, cost, conversion value, profit/loss
JOBSEEKERS:
- track where the jobseeker comes from... e.g search, fb ad, youtube etc
- filter this so it's only for Philippines
Other:
- Filter out spam if you can
- Filter out mine and my teams IP addresses so it doesnt misconstrue data (don't show internal company searches)
Other filters to be able to see easily:
- Device, Mobile, tablet or PC/Laptop
- Age group of users who convert (employers)
You will work with my backend developer who will work with you to insert the correct codes and tracking.
