Want to send out google forms via email to a pre-set of managers. The form should have the following features except the standard once:
(1) Managers should be able to see what has been reported last month (visually having "this months" form next to last month)
(2) Once this form is filled it gets forwarded to their manager (still containing requirement in (1)). This manager should be able to get an overview of all its sub-managers forms.
(3) It should be possible for the manager in step (2) to forward selected forms to their manager and so on.
