Normal app design to retina design - URGENT

The job involves using my designs (done in photoshop/illustrator) and converting them/redesigning them for use on retina screens, such as the iPhone 4 and 5. I have the whole design planned out with colours and fonts selected but I am unable to design them for the retina display.
Due to a lack of funds I have a very low budget and therefore if you are able to offer a low price then in return your logo will be placed within the app and on the website. As a teenage entrepreneur who has received advice from the likes of the seed funder of paypal, Jon Dee and numerous other entrepreneurs (many of whom have praised the idea) this app will likely get media attention.
I do not believe the job will take very long as the designs are extremely minimalistic/simple, and also as I am providing you with my designs which are not for retina displays. You can see the attached file for an example of the homepage in .psd, I need designs like these to be remade for the resolution/size of the iPhone 4 and 5.
