Logo design for running races

We are looking for someone to design race logos for a three race series we produce. The series is called the Winter Distance Series and there are three races: 1. Santa Stampede 5K/10K; 2. Frosty's Frozen Five & Ten; 3. Snowman Stampede 5M/10M. We are wanting the three logos to be different, but similar in design so that they can be branded together in the series. Attached are the three logos we have used before (they can also can be found at [url removed, login to view]).
I would like the logos to be full color (at least 4 colors, but as many as you want), but I also want the logos to have 2 color and 4 color options to be used on shirts (printing 2-4 colors is cheaper).
I need the logos in JPG, AI, EPS and PDF and PNG formats to be used in print and web. Also, if they could be scaled to fit on the top of our website ([url removed, login to view]), that is a bonus, but not needed.
