Tweaking of an existing logo - repost

We have an existing logo that we love. However the font does need playing with and it needs recolouring. We need minor changes to the existing font to soften the edges, keeping a fashion forward aspirational brand at the front. We are looking for those subtle changes and colour that will make our logo a winner.

We also need to work with the initials of the logo with an enlarged ampasand. (examples below) for our social media. If the person is successfull, we will need them to work on our four social media sites to integrate the look.
