Build a Wordpress Ecommerce Website from Existing Template

I am looking for someone to assist in updating our current company site. It's a WordPress site using the Woocommerce eCommerce plugin. The site will need to be built on a sub-domain or sandbox before we launch it on our primary domain. I have an existing template we are working from, but am open to using any other template or plugins that are necessary or would more easily accomplish the end goal. Below is a short list of things that will definitely need to be done. This isn't an all encompassing guide, but more so highlights of the larger items.
- CSS and styling for the entire site
- Custom Ajax & PHP work for Woocommerce products
- Custom Location tool to show visitors our retail stores closest to them, along with addresses, contact info, store hours, etc.
- Graphic Design for all product images, sliders, buttons, custom icons, etc.
- Crate custom forms for estimates and quotes and style accordingly
-Incorporate SEO linking and optimize for organic results
