A programmer is needed to edited website PHP motion Video Script. Currently the default for new users and members when they sign up is Regular User. Regular user do not allow members to blog. I need the coding in the script altered so when new users sign up and all current members are Moderator. This will allow members current and new to write and post blogs on the site. So to be clear I need the default for new and old members to be change from Regular User to Moderator. Admin privileges will remain as-is unchanged. Simple edited for a experience programmer.
