I need an estimate for creation of an online Testing/Exam System. The following is the details and components required for it. Kindly Send us a proposal ASAP.

Main Page with Welcome and Test info / Signup page and Login Screen for Admin and User
Admin Panel:
1. Welcome screen with switchboard
2. Add/Edit/Update User
3. Add/Edit/Update Test
4. Add/Edit/Update Questions/Graphics

Whenever a user signup or take test an email should be sent to the appropriate admin with signup details or test details respectively.
User Interface:

Welcome screen with Test/time/Rules and conditions information

(Every test will start from level 3 question, if a test taker is giving right answer(s) it should go to next difficulty level or if the answer is wrong the next question should be from less difficulty level, Also if a test taker is required to answer 200 questions of difficulty level 1 to pass the test, he should be able to pass the test after answering 40 questions of difficulty level 5)

3. Buttons will include. Next/Pervious/ Review/Skip/End Test/timer to let the user know elapsed time and remaining time)
