Design a 1920s caravan cocktail site

Hi potential designers.
I am looking for someone to design me a website template (just image based, not for a framework) which I am soon to develop.
The site is for a company that will provide a bar service out of stylish teardrop caravan.
The structure of the site/pages will be similar to [url removed, login to view] so please bare this in mind.
The theme sshould be roughly based on 1920s upperclass., think Downton Abbey mixes with Mudford and Sons.

Unfortunately I do not currently have a logo to match the site.
