Graphicl Design for a Phone APP

I will make a bid for developping an APP and I want to hire someone to make the graphic design (no programming is necessary).
I just need the images of the design to include in a Power Point.
The app is for a fashion fair that is going to be held in a city. The app will have a list and a map with the shops in the city (this information is just to make clearer for you what it is about).
I need just the graphic design including logo, colors and design of the screens. Attached is an example of an app that can be used as a base, all the design should be different.
The logo included is also just a reference so that you can make what you have in mind. The page attached has some guidelines for the design.
I would like together with the bid an scratch for the logo so that I can understand you style. At the end one will be selected for completing the design.
